Why use the MBTI?
- The MBTI identifies four dichotomies in people's personalities (individually or in a team). Through the test results, one can get to know oneself better as well as the underlying motives of personality. This presents new points of view which can help one better understand others' strengths and thus achieve better teamwork. This transparency generates improved relationships in teams and a better understanding of one another.
